Bladder problems and endometriosis

Hi ladies, I have recently been diagnosed with endometriosis after multiple hospital admissions over the last year. During this time I went into urinary retention and have had to have a suprapubic catheter inserted. Ive had it for 3 months now and they are not sure if the endo treatment will now help my bladder. Just wondering if anyone else has had a catheter or any UTI's or retention along with their endo?
