How long does the side effects of zoladex take to appear

I’m just wondering if anyone has had Zoladex and how long does it take for like the hot flushes and night sweats etc to start?

Hi PrincessK! I had my 2nd injection yesterday and can say the hot flushes and night sweats started about two weeks before that. It’s like a hot feeling of dread 😅 I wish you the best of luck!!

I'm on my second round of Zoladex and i am due for my 2nd injection this week, and i've not had anything. My first round was a very different story.

I am taking full HRT this time though, I'm on the waiting list for a hysterectomy.

I would say it varies dependent person to person. However, ask the nurse who does your injections
