Not sure - Advice please

Hi, I am new to this!

I had severe endometriosis when I was younger and recieved variety of treatment for about 7 years till I had my first child. I have had mil reoccurances since having children but nothing to what I am experiencing now.

I have a mirena cool that I have had now for 3 years other than the first month it was inserted I have not had periods for 3 years until now.

In August I tatted to express left pelvic pain, it was ignored, I started to feel generally very unwell and after about 4 weeks i felt so unwell I went to GP whom did an urgent Uss which showed a cyst on my left ovary. Shortly after this scan I started to loose a lot of brow blood. Which went on for about 3 weeks. I went back for my follow up scan which should no change, the same size, they have advice gynae referral for the left ovary mass ( which should part cystic part solid) with my left ovary found in the pouch of Douglas. (I don’t know what any of this means). I have continued on going bleeding loosing large clots, very dark brown blood. Pelvic pain is becoming more intense in pelvic, back and groin. A gynae has reviewed my scan without reviewing me in person stating their is nothing further required or intervention cause I don’t have periods!!!!!!! I don’t know if I can continue feeling the way i am. Do I just accept that or get a second opinion. I don’t know what to do?
