Zoladex treatment.

I have stage 4 endo and on 4th treatment.

Last one is on 20th January.

Please could anyone advise me how they felt at the end of the treatments?

Was more treatment required?

I am on 6th zoladex treatment pre excision surgery then afterwards plan is to come off it and hope the Mirena helps stave off the endo symptoms for a while. Has the zoladex helped your symptoms? For me, it hasn’t but some people I know have had huge pain relief

I have had 2 laparoscopy operations and cerazette for a few years in the past and zoladex was my last option.

I have not had endo symptoms but the zoladex has affected my mental well being so badly that i am now ceasing treatment.

I had a couple of good months on zoladex for which I am very grateful.

I posted on the endometriosis uk website for herts and beds explaining that i would like to speak to a fellow sufferer on a one on one basis not as a group as I couldn't cope with a lot of people.

I was really low and suffering and the group leader was most unpleasant and judgemental which really upset me when I so needed kindness and compassion.

It has been very helpful to read replies from fellow sufferers and I am glad that this site has been available.

I would like to meet up with other people on zoladex in the future and support some one on a one to one basis but groups are not for me.
