Ca125 results 103?

Can anyone tell me what these results mean? The consultant didn't really say anythin to me and i read it on my copy letter to gp.

This consider high level

But it is very common and normal to have high level with endometriosis especially if it affects your ovaries

Btw some women with endometriosis have levels more than 1000

So absolutely it is normal

I wouldn’t worry too much, CA125 can be raised for a number if reasons and is likely to be higher if you have endometriosis. I think the normal range is below 35 but not 100% sure. My CA125 was 1400 when I was in hospital after a flare up but last time I had it checked it had gone down to 89 they might just keep an eye on it, I’m going back in a month or so to have it checked again, hopefully yours will be fine too but speak to your doctor about it if you are concerned xx
