period pains

hello im in so much pain agen on my period this month the pains have been getting worse everytime i dont think this much pain is normal i had a smear test about 6 months ago and i was told i have hpv and abnormal cells could this be the reason for this much uncomfort or could it be endometriosis i 27 and no kids never been pregnant been trying to get pregnant with my partner for 6 years im starting to think there is something wrong with me i have a syst under my armpit and sometimes get them on my face could i have them on my ovarys ?? im so scared and too imbarrised to go to the doctors has anyone got any advice please

Welcome to the forum.

I'm sorry you are in so much pain. I would really recommend you see the doctor and please don't feel scared or embarrassed to do so - doctors see and hear all sorts every single day as part of their job. And it is better that you get seen and diagnosed if you do have endometriosis and are trying to get pregnant.
