Thankyou im going to ask for a referral, i feel in worse health now than before my operations sadly..
You can do this. Hopefully your body is readjusting after the ops.
Sometimes with doctors you do have to kick up a bit of a fuss until you get what you need. I am not sure about the legal obligations of the NHS (I read your post on this) but I looked at your situation and I think you are justified in getting some special attention and as much medical help as possible.
Not sure if it helps but I'm on private health care...it also has its challenges as I feel like I have walked into every appointment with pound signs on my head and they just want to get me into surgery as soon as possible without evaluating my situation or thinking beyond the next 12 months. Anyway after some difficult experiences I have gone to my insurance company and, acknowledging that they are the ones paying for my treatment, asked them to help me make sure their money is being properly spent and I am getting the right treatment. It's in the NHS's interest to make sure you are getting treated properly too. You deserve this and you need it.
