My name is Hanna.I'm very happy and lucky to be part of an amazing group of like minded women willing to support other women with their experience, story and information. I myself had a close call with endometriosis. I had developed pre cancereous cells in my ovaries by developing large demoid cysts and my cancer indicators we very high. I came over that using an uncommon system, even though I am a healthcare professionals for over 25 years but conventional medicine didn't help me in my health crisis. I just had an ultrasound a couple weeks ago and the doctor mentioned that my female organs inlcuding my endometrium was that of a 20 year old and I am 49 years old. That's a long way from what was originally recommended by my doctors, which was a complete hysterectomy. There's help besides taking drastic measures like this. Listen to your body and inner voice.

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for your interest in how I healed myself and my endometriosis. First of all, I'm a healthcare professional with over 25 years experience. I graduated the top of my class as a clinical pharmacist from most prestigous university of Pharmacy with a PharmD and I worked at the most elite medical facilities.

Then I became the patient and of course ran to what I know best and that was conventional medicine. Mind you, even though I knew the best doctors and surgeons I was not diagnosed easily at first. It took me 5 years to get diagnosed with Endoemtriosis after I had developed dermoid cysts and a few other conditions like fatty liver, obesity,diabetes and the worst acne of my life.

To make this story short. When conventional medicine didn't help (laproscopies, every kind of birth control pills, pain, anti inflammotary pills and so on). I even went and got five second opinions and they all told me to do a complete hysterectomy (since I already had kids and close to menopause because I'm 49 years old). That didn't sit right with me

especially when one of the doctors described my female organs as a desk that has broken drawers and went on to explain, "what good is the desk if the drawers are broken".

Meaning how good is my female organs (uterus and all) if the ovaries are broken. Hence, his suggestion for a complete hysterectomy (I ran out of his office!). This is when I turned to alternative methods like mindfulness, hypnotherapy, energy healing and NLP. I even became master practicioner in all of these methods. I was on a life saving obsession when my cancer indicators increased drastically, my marriage and career were on the rocks. Everything I worked hard for and cared about was slipping through my fingers.

With the alternative methods,I started feeling better about myself and my confidence started coming back but my cancer indicators kept increasing at an alarming rate. This is when I discovered to combine the best of both worlds (conventional and alternative methods) by testing and measuring the best of both. That's when my results sky rocketed. I lost 30 kg (66 lbs), reveresed my health conditions and no endometriosis symptoms.

I accomplished this all in 10 months time due to the research, testing and measuring. I was able to compile the steps that I now call "health and mind hacks" to get to the root cause behind my endometriosis. What I noticed is women with endometriosis are people pleasers and don't know how to say No to family and friends that puts everyone else first and herself last.

This is a void we are trying to fill because we crave the love or attention. The RPH method gets to the emotions, beliefs and values that's behind the endometriosis, organs and symptoms through a root cause analysis, that is a series of questions. This system that I discovered treats the body as a whole unit holistically. Unlike conventional medicine that just treats the parts/organs and symptoms.

This method/system doesn't replace medication and conventional therapy. But it helps a lot more and tremendously to heal so the medication and therapy do work.

Here's a few questions to ask yourself: Please be completely relaxed and take a deep breath while focusing on the answers to these questions.

If the endometriosis was a color, what would that color be?

Where does that color feel most in your body?

If you can remember when your endometriosis started, what was happening during that time and try to understand the event that triggered the onset?
