Low hcg level 90 cramping and spotting scared 🙁

Am i 5 weeks today and spent yesteray in the hospital as i had pains and spotting had my blood checked and they said my level hcg level was low and and they are retesting it tomorrow i am terrified i am miscarrying has anyone experienced anything similar who has endometriosis

Sorry to hear you're going through this, I was only diagnosed with endometriosis last week but have had the symptoms for years. I have had 5 miscarriages in 4 years, my last one been feb17. 4 of those times I had low hcg and spotting, when I had my hcg checked 48 hours later it had dropped which meant I was having a miscarriage. As long as your hcg rises (preferably doubles) then you should be fine, some women do have low hcg in pregnancy and spotting. Good luck and I hope everything is ok for you x
