After my surgery in April which removed everything I was in such high spirits. I was back in business after 4 weeks, back working back to normal feeling good. I was put on the lostrin 20 pill afterwards as the endo nurse suggested. Had a good time on it until I forgot a pill and had a break through bleed a week ago since then it feels like I have endo pain the bleeding has stopped but I’m in so much pain just like pre surgery. Pain down my legs and in my pelvis. Also feel constipated which I know can cause pain as during my lap in April they said my bowel was extremely full and would cause issues pain wise, trying to take fibogel when I can, also a chronic bladder infection causing my inflammation and pain.
Been crying my eyes out as I’m sick of the endo pain I didn’t think this would happen 8 weeks post surgery but it seems the bleed has upset things.
I’m really hoping someone else can relate to this. Just taken some zapain for pain relief

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you are suffering so much. I'm afraid I haven't got any specific advice as I am not diagnosed, although fairly convinced it's Endo. Just wanted to reach out so you didn't feel quite so alone. Can you get in touch with your Endo nurse tomorrow? I was prescribed fibogel for what was seen as IBS symptoms and I have to say it made things worse, as did lactulose, both actually made me more constipated. Now I'm on zapain too for pain relief I have to remember to take dulcolax every few days to counteract the blocking effect of the codiene. Hope you are feeling a bit brighter today and answered can come by speaking to the Endo nurse and following up through them x
I don't have any advice, but I understand how you feel - sometimes I just get so sick of feeling like this! In the short term, endo UK runs a telephone hotline that I've called when I'm really fed up, and I've found talking it through really useful x
Sorry you are struggling, can totally relate. I've started a new Facebook group specifically for Endo and mental health issues. Feel free to join, might help you feel less alone with it all. Love and strength to you x
Hi. I suffer like this too but I've found that constipation can cause more pain than the endo itself. I was taking 6 tablets for this a day for 2 years but I would still get constipated. My new GP told me to try just Movical instead of the senna and docusate and my pain is so much better. Movicol is a softner but doesn't draw it from the body like Docusate. Senna is a natural stimulant so if its that your bowels are lazy then this could be good. I think that fibrogel is just extra fibre, I found this the least effective. Prunes really help, I don't enjoy them but they're naturally high in fibre. Pain killers always cause constipation so its a catch 22.
