Yes is the simple answer as some women produce eggs but don't shed the lining of the uterus. You won't know the length of your cycles or when ovulation would occur though.
You should have a chat with your gp, if you're otherwise healthy you'll need to have your hormones checked via a blood test to see what's going on; you should have cycles even if irregular, if not then it needs to be looked into.
There are some medications that can affect cycles (will be in the side effects), as can diet, weight, and stress. Obviously taking hormone contraception will stop ovulation.
