Ivf...where's best northern or southern Ireland

Hi all...been told ivf is my only hope now! I have had a terrible doctor that has waster almost 3years b4 I even got this answer so my faith in the Irish system is at an all time low...just wondering if any of you girl have chosen to have ur ivf in Northern Ireland or overseas and what if anything are the differences.... One clinic in galway is the only recommendation my doc is giving..but my Gp seems to think you bet more chances in Northern Ireland...galway is €4750 for one round...doc seems to think Belfast offers 3rounds n if doesn't work you can get some of your money back
