Advice please

Twelve years ago I have an obliteration of the womb procedure as I bled 24 hours a day for two years. Doctors couldn't tell be why it was happening and they also put me in the implant. The implant worked fine but about 18 months ago I started to get a ripping pain in my right side of ovaries. The sensation lasted for several minutes before it eased off but was left with a very sore stomach. This went on for several months until I couldn't take any more and went to the doctors. I was sent for a ultrasound scan and found a fibroid doctor said that alone wouldn't cause the pain so he sent me for a CD scan which showed Diverticular disease. The doctor said this is normal due to western diets and if I wasn't having to much problems with it so could leave well alone. The doctor sent me to a Gynecologist who said the cause of pain could be hormonal as the fibroid was to small to cause any damage or pain so he put me on postal injections for 3 months to give me an early menopause but I have had symptoms for a few years now but he didn't believe me. I still get the pain in my stomach near my right ovarie but mainly in my back and had my injections now just waiting to see the geologist again in july. He doesn't think I have endometriosis but who knows sometimes I feel that it's all in my mind and any sexual relations well that's out of the window as it's so painful.
