When I went to my post op they said that endo was found on my lp ligiment, both pelvic walls including nodules, pouch of Douglas and it also overlay my rectum but I was not given any stages for the disease.

We're you told if it was mild moderate or severe? That tends to be how it's classified in the UK, stages are more an American classification.
