Can the coil cause horrendous migraines ? Also, does it hurt to have it taken out ?

I think the side effects vary from person to person, I’ve not had any migraines with the coil, but I’ve read other people have. With regards to if it hurts to come out-in my opinion/experience not at all, nothing like going in which I found horrendous. Coming out, a cough and it was done.

Yeah ! I found it horrendous going in ! Only now 7 months on have the cramps stopped! Can a local GP take it out ? Xx

Depends on your gp and practice nurse. Mine wouldn't - I had to go to the gum/ family planning clinic.

The first three months I had terrible headache's but they did subside 👍🏻
