Don’t know what’s wrong

Can anyone help?

Over the oas 5 years I have had very heavy discharge, it is very green not bv as been treated in every anti biotic over the years and it doesn’t stop. Over the past year I have had pain right down low above my pubic bone when I push for a poo and pain down very low and to the side which sometimes pulls as I turn over in bed.

Had a laparoscopy 6 weeks ago and adhesions were found and cut away and my surgeon seemed please it all went well.

However the symptoms have not eased, at all. I am being referred for a colonoscopy but the surgeon said everything he could see during the lap looked fine and healthy.

I'm in this exact same boat and currently being tested for IBD, so sounds like a colonoscopy is the right way to go x
