Hi I have a first appt with pmc, but have no idea what to expect. I’ve been under bgse for 2 years and no further forward, if anything worse especially after meds they gave me. Anyone else been? What was your experience of pmc? Did they take you seriously or tell u it’s all in your head? Thanks

In my experience pmc is just talking about your pain how it affects you and looking at alternative methods for it like mindfulness anti inflammatory diets going through different methods setting a goal ofsay where you'd like to be in a, year and probably a medicine review that they wrote to your Dr for different meds to try. Xx

Thanks. Sounds like it won’t help much. Not on any meds. Pain is not my main issue. I do a lot of this already.
