Can FND get worse with time?

Hi

I was diagnosed with FND in 2012 and since that time I have mainly been able to carry on with my life, I have continued to work and have a social life and I always thought I was lucky and my FND was only mild.

Recently I have had a major flare up, heightened symptoms, sometimes debilitating and I have been unable to work since August, I don't appear to have got any better from these latest symptoms, so I suppose what I am wanting to know is has anyone's symptoms became worse with FND over time, could I be experiencing a new 'flare up', just trying to understand what is happening to me at moment.
