Bleeding during flare up - advice needed please

I have been in bed since Saturday. I have never had a flare up this bad, my whole lower body feels like it is being smashed to pieces.

On Wednesday, I had a bowel movement, (Soz, if TMI), and it was a soft stool but blood just pouring out. I had not had a wee so not blood in urine and I did have a wipe of the front but no period blood there.

Went to doctors yesterday and got sent straight to have bloods done. Had to go back this morning for examination, which has shown nothing and have since had a normal bowel movement.

Doctor now believes that it is endo related but has never seen it themselves before, but has heard of it. Has anyone else had anything like this?, I have had endo removed from bowel before (stage 4) and have had old period blood in stools previously, but this was just fresh bleeding.

Also, Doctor has signed me off from work for a week and I have never been signed off before. How much time have you had off because of this, I have only had a day or 2 here and there and a week when I had my laparoscopy. How are your work about days off and how much details do I need to give them. Can I just say complications from endo or do I need to say pain and bowel bleeding.

I am also going to try and get a referral to a BGSE centre. Has anyone been to one and what was the waiting time.

Hi Ria. Just going through posts as house bound with my endo pain and came across yours, I know it was some time ago but you sound similar to what I experience, was just wondering how are you now? Did you get your appointment at the BGSE centre I just got referred today hoping in doesn't take too long x

I did get a referral but still waiting for an appointment to come through. Will chase up today hopefully.
