Decreased menstrual bleeding

Hi everyone,

Since I attained puberty I had normal menstruation which lasted for about 3 days. But for the last 5 months my menstrual bleeding is really really scanty....very little amount of blood is there. I did a ultra sound scan. But it came to be normal. What can I do now? What are the reasons for this situation?

My periods started to change naturally, but I was older than that.

It's a myth about Endo ( and more rarely even Adeno) both always causing heavy periods, so if your also having other symptoms do persist in getting it checked out.
