Hi thought a positive post might help people. I have numerous symptoms with stage 4 endo. Currently under bgse who won't operate as too complex and risky.

Ginger capsules help nausea

Sage capsules help hot flushes changes in temperature

Lindseed helps with inflammation and bowel problems

Milk thistle helps get nasty meds out your body

Magnesium and potassium help leg cramps brought on by meds

Peppermint helps digestion reduces heartburn indifestion

Beetroot helps heart palpatations

Aloe Vera helps digestion and bowel problems

Chiropractic helps pelvic pain as it realign me

Physio endo specialist has helped with chronic daily pelvic pain and I continue with the exercises suggested

Acupuncture helps with random nerve pains and sinuses

Best of all coming off the cerezzete hrt and solider

Meditation helps relax me I use insight timer app which is completely free gas a great selection of guided meditation and music on there

I've made diet changes by cutting out food intolerances still waiting for this to kick in now I'm off the meds

Other useful tricks take a relaxing cd to be played when having an mri

Build a good rapport and relationship with the bgse endo secretary as this has helped me with all the communication problems etc I have with bgse. Even the consultant I saw 2 weeks ago had picked up on this!

Last but not least don't let the b***ears get you down.

I forgot:

A fruit infuser water bottle to help me drink more water

A spiky massage ball roller helps my circulation and tight calve

A back buddy massager which help all the sore spots everywhere but especially my back and shoulders

A Bach flower remedy combination to help mood swings and tearfulness

Sleeping with a cushion between my knees helps reduce lower back pain

Thank you so much for this.

A "castor oil pack" is brilliant alternative for pain too. Caster oil acts as an alternative as pain killers were no longer working for me.

Also, started acupuncture to health regulate my hormones, also has helped me sleep better. Cut out coffee and coca cola etc - all has helped with the side effects from the mirena.
