Zoladex injection reaction

Hi

I was put on zoladex for a course 2 years ago but once it had finished i went back to how I've always been with my endo.

I started again 9 months ago with the 3 monthly injections, I must of had about 12 of the injections over time and I've never had any problems, no pain after etc.

I had my injection a week last Thursday and as usual no problems until last night. I woke up at 4am with this intense pain all around where I had it done, I pressed on to it and there's a large lump and it's hot to touch.

Has anyone ever experienced this? It's so painful to bend over because of it
