I'm new here and I am not sure if I have endometriosis....

Hi, ever since I started my periods, I never experienced period pains...maybe had some flatulation and very very mild cramping, but besides that I thought I was incredibly lucky. Just under two years ago I had the copper IUD put in and my periods became heavier and oh god, so very painful at the start of my period. However this eased up after 6-9months but I still get my 'iud pains' at the start of my period but I know how they feel (it's usually cervix pain and cramping pain in my lower front abdomen). Now I am 28 going on 29 and the last couple of months have been hell, just before my period I get my iud pains, which I can put up with but now I get pain after my period has finished in my lower back, excruciating waves of pain which mean I cannot concentrate at work, I cry. I also have been getting worse bowel symptoms around my period (i used to occasionally get some diarrhoea but now it's happening more around my period). I have been sent for blood, stool and urine tests and an ultrsound but all are clear. But I have no idea what could be wrong. This isn't in my head and I am due on imminently and I am dreading it.
