Sex with Endo
I have this problem in abundance. There are some tips here, but I think surgical excision is needed.

I'm curious to know if people here with it have experienced improvement post surgery
Ive the same problem but I was advised to use sylk lube. (Even tho I don't have dryness) but it's can help relax the area. And also to make sure I'm well relaxed before even trying to have full intercourse. It can take a while to relax fully and sometimes we don't get that far and just call it a day before that.
But taking it slow and making sure I'm all relaxed has meant it's been able to happen. And when full intercourse does happen making sure we both take it slow and don't get over excited.
I've had one surgery but it didn't help with pain during and after sex. Maybe my next one will.
Also after sex I sometimes find I need to pee every hour for the next full day. So I just drink lots of water and cranberry juice to help keep everything working well.
Also keep in mind it's not really like the movies for anyone. Sex and being close to your partner is different for everyone.
My first lap solved the problem for me for 5 months and then the ache after sex started coming back and then pain on penetration came back. I have just had a second lap and haven't had sex yet as still less than two weeks post lap but feel like it will be improved again. I have endo in my pouch of Douglas which effects the area between my vagina and rectum. The only position we found comfortable was with me laying on my front and my husband on top with gentle penetration from behind. It seemed to take pressure off a painful area when we tried missionary. But I still got the ache afterwards for a day. Sometimes you just need to be close to your partner and will put up with the ache to have the pleasure before hand. But when the stabbing pain on penetration is there I didn't think there is much that can relieve that. I hope you get some advise that helps. We went 3 months at a time between having sex due to the pain which is not good for any relationship long term. If your symptoms are affecting your life seriously enough then a lap might be the best way to address the symptoms all in one go.

Abdominal massage helps too I found. Anyone else tried that?
Its all about foreplay! deep penetration can cause serious amount of pain. There are so many ways to be intimate without that. I found that after my surgery we went back to normal and almost pain free. It's worth exploring your options with your GP / consultant. Good luck and wish you all the best!
