when to stop hrt after finishing zoladex

I am nearly at the end of my 3 months treatment of zoladex it did help my cramps but the anxiety and depression was like nothing ive ever dealt with and ive suffered depression most of my life just wondering if anybody knows when i should stop my hrt only been on it for 1 month been sent back to my gp as still had a bit cramp i dont know what to do next please help xx

I came off the HRT almost as soon as I'd finished the zoladex although kind of wish I'd carried on for a while as the hot flashes were awful for a couple of months. I was on zoladex for a few years so it may have taken longer to come out of my system. Maybe speak to your GP or consultant to see what they recommend?
