Laparoscopy but no endo found

Has my laparoscopy and hysteroscopy yesterday, cervix has been shaved to open up because of scar tissue after leep, and lap to look for endo. Dr found no endometriosis just a large amount of adhesions from my bowel wrapped around my left ovary. He has dealt with that so hopefully once I'm healed I will be better

I feel very lucky it isn't endometriosis x
