Can any of you ladies recommend anything as I feel permanently drained?

I'm having the same problem, I could sleep all day and find it very hard to manage my university studies. I also have many intolerances so have to avoid caffeine! I do sometimes find that having very small but frequent meals can help. This ensures there isn't to much stress for your body to digest a large meal and your also getting a little pick me up throughout the day. However, some days I just need to spend the day resting and take it easy. Still trying to manage it so sorry I couldn't be of more help, good luck!

A good diet , exercise, lots of water, and Vitim b6 b12, and folic acid,
