Has anyone ever used or heard of Naltrexone for treating endo? Any advice would be much appreciated!

Doing some research on what to try next to treat my endo and have came across naltrexone. Has anyone ever tried or heard of this for treating endo? I'm really struggling at the mo and desperate to find something that works. Any advice greatly appreciated.

I've used low dose naltrexone before privately but for Lyme disease I between abx but it was for the inflammation and calming down the immune system I think and really seemed to help, I remember it was quite complicated getting it but it was about 6 years ago . I would be interested to try it again as don't think there was any side effects.
