Getting somewhere slowly :)

Had my 5th doctor appointment today with endo symptoms. She was lovely and she mentioned it first, said she's looked through my notes and has put it as high possibility it's endo. She's booked me for an ultrasound scan to see of any abnormalities and said to book bsck with her the week after and may need a lap or something after. Finally, now how do I tell my family I'm going for a scan on my ovaries :/ tricky.
