Rectovaginal Endo?

I've been reading up about Rectovaginal Endometriosis which has been mentioned to me when I described my symptoms, especially the rectal pain during the week of my period.

But is it possible to have deep recto endo and nothing on your ovaries? I'm so worried about hearing my results from my first lap and having them say everything is fine.

Should I push again for a referral to a specialist near me? Or maybe an MRI might show something?

I think it is possible but I'm not sure how unlikely it would be. I have just had a nodule removed from my right side (not sure exactly where yet) but I had nothing on my ovaries. I have RV symptoms (although very mild) but there was nothing there apparently!

I apparently have the same, although I have never been completely convinced of how closely they looked!
