Zoladex side effects

Hi all,

I'm due to get my first zoladex injection this week, and I'm feeling really nervous. I probably shouldn't have read the information leaflet in the box, because now I'm worried about side effects. How long is it likely to take before any side effects appear, and any benefits start to work? Thanks.

Hi about a week after my first I was severely constipated and depressed. Dr signed me off for two weeks while antidepressants kicked in and also gave me laxido which has been a god send. Second month was easier. Just had my third and apart from the hot flushes I actually feel better than I have done for a ver long time.

I'm due my first on Friday and feel sick about it to the point where I'm unsure what to do ! hope it goes ok x
