Endometrial cyst

I have been diagnosed with Endometriosis last year. I found out only because i was rushed to hospital in pain. They operated and found a 7cm chocolate cyst on my left overy. Which they removed. As I wanted to try for another baby they did not prescribe me any medication and discharged me back to my GP. Due to circumstances we couldn't control I wasn't able to start trying for a baby straight away so after a few months I went on the prostegon only pill. Recently I have started to have pains again same as when I had cyst before so GP sent me for scan and they have found another cyst on my left ovary again this time it's only 2cm in size and I'm being referred back to gynaecologist. I just want to know if it is safe to try for a baby now and stop taking my pill or shall I wait until I see the consultant. Any advice would be great. thanks.

Hi Hun, they only really worry about cyst if they are over 5cm I have a 5cm cyst on my ovary and I'm currently in the process of Ivf, the consultant for my endometriosis and the drs at the Ivf clinic think it's safe for me to carry on so I would say you will be fine to try now, best to start sooner rather than later when trying for a baby with cyst and endometriosis xxx
