should i go out of hours GP?

Hi

I had a sudden sharp pain in my right side this morning, I then took painkillers and slept (not slept in days proper ) incase it was just tiredness, anyways woke up and pain is still there below my ribs and radiating to just above my pelvis, feels almost bruised and like something is trying to push itself out..... Should I waste my time going to the out of hours GP? or should i wait

Oh and i have had my appendix out already

You may have an infected cyst. You better get it checked out before it ruptures like mine did. I ended up in ICU 3 days and another 3 days in recovery then sent home w an attached IV antibiotic for four weeks.
