I'm a bit puzzled and was wondering if anyone could help me. I had a lap in March and endo was found on my pelvic wall. I've recently been getting extreme back pain and pain in my koksik bone. I've read that quite a few ladies on here have endo in their pouch Douglas and was wondering if these are symptoms of having endo there. I know it's quite a hard place to look at and find it and only specialists can find it so maybe my surgeon missed it. It is getting to the point where I can't lay down for a long time as I get shooting pain down my back and legs and I just want a valid reason before i go back to my doctors and ask to be referred. Thank you xxx

Hi
That sounds exactly like me I have endo on the pouch of Douglas and I can not lie on my back at all when sleeping as so painful and I get the pains down my legs. It evens get to the point where lieing on my side is uncomfortable so I just end up getting up as more comfortable for me. I suffer terribly with lower back pain! I think it's def worth asking about, good luck x
Ok thank you guys I definitely think I may have it, especially with what you said about your symptoms croydebay and it isn't normal for a 19 year old so they can't say oh it's normal I'm going to book an appointment with a doctor soon, the only thing is its quite funny when you can tell the doctor/gyno where your endo is xxx
