Endo, now Late period and possible PCOS.

Morning ladies. I have been a sufferer from endometriosis since I was younge I was diagnosed at 18 I'm Now 23. I was on decypeptal for nearly 18mobth of which my last injection was October 2012. My periods came back to normal and regular in September 2013 each month arriving around cd35. This month I have not yet had my period I'm on roughly cd46 . I have had 2 negative pregnancy tests and now my consultant is testing me for PCOS. I have had twinges and cramping pain throughout the month and on off pain what I believe to be around my right ovary. I am feeling pretty low about this due to hoping to one day become a mummy! Has anyone else exsperienced this? Or is exaperiencing this. I'd love to talk . Thanks x
