Had surgery to remove endo 2 weeks ago and just started bleeding again tonight. Is this bad? Xx

No dear it's not bad, I experienced the same after all 3 of my endo removal surgeries. You've probably just having normal period. Surgery kinda messes up your cycle a little at first, but it will settle down again. Hope you're feeling better soon xx
