So fed up, suffering really bad at the moment with nasal problems, waiting to hear result from my blood test to say what im alergic to, doctor mentioned rhinitis, i hoovered my bedroom thoroughly yesterday, and woke up much worse, constant dripping in the back of my throat, but feeling blocked too, taste buds gone, feeling a bit sick, any tips please ? thanks in advance
