Recently went to immunology clinic who confirmed a dust mite allergy and cat allergy.
I was descharged with no treatment.
Any advise would be great.
Attended clinic through my doctor,as I have a high white cell count.

u could try a sinus rinse. pre made up sachets and plastic bottle. boil water then cool to tepid and mix with sachets. insert in each nostril and flush. good luck
