Lately when I seem to be eating even the slightest bit of yeast, it makes my stomach turn and I feel as though I'm going to be sick but I never am. Is this an allergic reaction or not? I went to my doctors about it and she told me it was indigestion which I know it isn't because that feels different. What should I do?
