Unknown Allergy

For the past 6 months, I have been getting skin rashes and severe itchy skin, it comes to a point my whole body starts to get hot, the only way to stop this is to take antihistamines- fexofenadine, however I have been to the doctors and they did a food panel blood test and all came back negative,

Is there anyone else with the same problem ? I don’t want to take antihistamines anymore they make my stomach hurt

Maybe it's not food but something you use on your skin - the thing for washing clothes, soap, shampoo...

Could be skin psoriasis, sometimes caused by stress.

Hi Nishaxo, I have the same allergy over ,1.5 years and I still haven't found a cure. I have a tablet every 24 hours to keep the histamine at bay. Have you found a solution to this?

I have been, it's due to stress level. I'm under constant severe stress. Sometimes large hives come and go

Kefir, made with goats milk, worked for me. Amazon, sell the powder & the grain. Tried both, I prefer the powder. Kefir recipes on YouTube. Good luck.
