Medical grade compression tops

Hi I have hypermobility lupus and a few other autoimmune conditions I've picked up on my travels! Just wondered if anybody could recommend a medical grade compression top (20mmHg )

I have been recommended by my rheumatologist to buy compression clothes due to pain in my muscles etc but I'm overwhelmed with the amount that you can buy

none of them I've seen seem relevant I wonder if anybody had bought one ... Without having to remortgage my house 😊

Thanks for reading this best wishes

Sorry just seen this.It took me over a year to find the right compression wear to help my EDS but also reduce my POTs / Dysautonomia symptoms, especially because I wanted ones that were in neutral colours like black or white , rather than gross pink or bright sports colours.

I'll double check the sites I used for you , as different companies are better for different braces or compression items so you need to shop around for better value.

It can be pretty expensive otherwise.

It will probably take a couple of days , hope that's ok , Bee

Were you just told to get them for pain reduction or joint stability , is it your body rather than arms you are more interested in ?Not all t-shirts are categorised by Hg number but I found with proper measuring you get that compression level with some tops that aren't classed as " medical grade".
