Medical grade compression tops

Hi I have hypermobility lupus and a few other autoimmune conditions I've picked up on my travels! Just wondered if anybody could recommend a medical grade compression top (20mmHg )

I have been recommended by my rheumatologist to buy compression clothes due to pain in my muscles etc but I'm overwhelmed with the amount that you can buy

none of them I've seen seen relevant I wonder if anybody had bought one ... Without having to remortgage my house 😊
