Relaxation Tegnique

Hi guys,

This is great, relaxing and EASY!

I haven't been for a while, life gets in the way.... I found Yoga to be to much stretching and made things worse, possibly Kundalini Yoga but only fo what you can do!

Gong Baths are the ultimate in relaxation!!! I can't explain it. It does help and it's enjoyable. Just make sure you bring some matting to lie on that you will be comfortable lying on for about an hour. But YOU don't do anything but lie there!

Maybe research it and see if there is a group close to you.
