I'm wondering whether to try them for my thumbs which bend back too far andprobably go towards causing the tenosynovitis in my wrists. Any good?

No but I am thinking of asking, Have OA already in hands and they are still very flexible, but would rather not have further damage. Check out HMS UK support on FB if you can, people there have them and can give advice.
