Bloating

I am in the process of getting tested for pots as well as my me/cfs does anyone else suffer with sever bloating no mater how big or how little you eat through out the day. So uncomfortable any advice would be much appreciated.

Sounds like gluten is causing some of it. Have you tried totally eliminating it for 6 weeks to see how many of your symptoms are from that? If its not that causing the bloating, it could be another specific food, maybe dairy, wheat etc. Good luck.

Thank you I tried all this when I started with it but no different it doesn’t really matter what I eat lately dr just said Ibs 🙈🙈
