Hello there,

After reading this information on Dr Myhill's page I'm going to give D-Ribose a go.

Has anyone found it's worked/not worked for them?

Thanks :)

No but it sounds promising. Would be good to hear any updates you have on it!

Hi Niki, it seems it doesn't work for me, but others seem to get good results so it might be worth trying if you're thinking of that.

Yes I’m on this for my CFS, I started it at the beginning of Jan and it’s incredible! Although I still have bad days I feel a lot better than I did. Highly recommend anyone trying it:)

Hi Nikki

I was diagnosed in November with ME and I started taking it just over 3 weeks ago and I must say I do feel like I have a little more energy 😁

Really hope it works for you 😁

I'm not quite bed ridden. But alone. I've tried Myhill's advive and the SHINE protocol. Still sick since 2014 June. I'm starting to make capsules because I can't remember to take all the doses. Worth a try if you can manage it.
