I have an appointment with the vascular surgeon next week. Says the test take 45 mins. Can anyone tell me whats involved? Many thanks folks.

I didn't see the vascular surgeon before I had mine done. I did however, have a scan on my arm to check/measure my viens and arteries to make sure they were suitable for my fistula. Mine is in the crease of my left inner elbow. When I had it done, I was awake and they numbed my arm by injecting into my arm pit, that was the worst bit. Good luck
