Iam 27 year old. Is it possible urine microalbumin value 0 in urine test? Normal range 0-30mg/l

Yes, of course. It just means that microalbumin in the urine was absent or so low as to be undetectable.

Exactly. And no microalbumin in urine is a very good thing! If it's in urine, it might mean the kidney filters are damaged and unable to capture it.
