Any idea how long you can maintain your kidney function between gfr 25-32 ??

I am diagnosed with only renal limited lupus nephritis class IV ( ANA, ANCA, Anti DS DNA all negative)

Lupus only limited to kidneys.

I am currently on various medications including oral cyclophasimide (immuno suppressant drugs), oral presnisolone, BP medication, iron and folic acid supplement), etc.

I don't think any of us can predict the rate at which anyone's kidneys will progress or improve. Since yours is related to Lupus I would surmize it would depend a lot on how well the Lupus is controlled.

There are so many factors in determining this, that none of us could or would predict this for you. Everyone is so different, even someone with the same type of Lupus that you have. Are you following a renal diet, drinking plenty of water, etc.?

Have you discussed this with your doctors?

Best of luck.
