Hi , my eGFR Fluctuates untile latest result 84 , and it reached 122 last year 2019 so is there any sign of damage for my kidney or things to worry . And is it normal eGFR to go up and down .

YEs egfr can change. Many influences. Medications you take, dehydration, diet, etc. All your numbers are in the normal range. And apparently your doctor has expressed no concerns. If you are a person who worries, ask the doctor to check it again. See if it drops again, or if it returns to the higher number or remains the same. If it drops again the doctor would likely do a little further checking. If it bounces up, then you are likely fine. But again, you are in the normal range.
