First post to the group..

I’m CKD 3 & recently had bloods/urine checked as part of an annual review for other things (all related; very long story)

My eGFR is at 72 (at it’s worse through infarcts was in 20’s - 5 years ago), however my ACR is at 49.

I’m aged 45 & just been prescribed my first ACEi & referred to kidney team for review/opinion by GP. I’m also Addisonian, have a brain injury all thanks to APS in particular (CAPS).

Wondering if anyone has any thoughts for a newbie?
